Psychic meditation helps you to connect with your own truth

At times things can get a little heated and you may feel pressure from others to conform, fit into a mould, do as you’re told … How do you manage that kind of energy? Have you tried meditating yet?

When you sit down to meditate, you are entering a stress free zone that is entirely your own. You are your own boss in this space and no one gets to dictate anything to you here. Using visualisation tools you can also safely release any weighty or stressful energy that you may have picked up from others.

The time spent sitting in communication with your body, your Essence, your own answers and Source is time spent very wisely indeed. Namely, the more often you do this, the easier it becomes to get into a centered and meditative state at all times, including during times of duress. Meditation is indeed an invaluable tool to help you to quickly move through any unpleasant situations with all of your integrity intact.

The great thing about receiving intuitive guidance in your meditation space is that it comes from your own truth and does not have to be proved, explained or defended to anyone. You have full permission to clear any energy that says otherwise! Imagine living your life free from competition and from having to make sense to anyone – how fun and liberating!

Very often the Universe gives us lessons that require us to let go of having to ‘know’ where we’re heading, to let go of struggling and to simply trust. In those times the communication you may be receiving from Source may not make a whole lot of sense to your analytical mind. Indeed, if you were to keep on insisting that the communication fit into a specific mould, an expectation, then the result is that you will miss the true underlying message. It might not be what you expected, but is quite likely something even better! Trust in the infinite compassion of Source to know the most healing and loving solutions for everyone involved.

What may help you to quickly get into a space of clear communication with the God-of-Your-Heart and Source are the psychic tools. I’m not talking about external tools here such as oracle cards, a pendulum or a magic wand, but rather visualisation tools such as grounding, running energy and the rose image. These tools work entirely on visualisation and intention and can help you to access your own answers much more easily and effortlessly than otherwise. There are of course many other different and entirely valid ways to receive information, such as through feelings, sensations, just knowing, as a hunch or an instinct, but the truth is that visual images are the most accurate and the least biased.

Using your tools you will be easily able to release expectations and judgements from your space and receive clear communication from spirit for what it actually is.

Slowing down

Have you noticed the ever-increasing speed of daily living lately? There seems to be ever so much more to do and ever so little time to just be.

With so much ‘bad news’ constantly thrown at us via the media our bodies are overloaded with stress. If you are quite sensitive, then this collective stress can make it almost impossible for you to take that much needed quiet time for yourself. So many people to heal!

What is behind the inability to stop and just be is quite frankly the lack of space. I’m not talking about physical space here, although that could be a factor, too. I’m talking about energetic space – the space you need for you to be You. That space is your aura, your body and your chakras. If your space is crowded with all kinds of foreign energy, daily life can become an effort. It may seem like a lot of hard work to even just sit down and eat.

The reason why we give away our space to others is an underlying trauma or a fear-based pattern. That pattern can keep you busy as though your survival depended on it. Perhaps at one point it did!

That inner lack of space keeps you constantly on the move, constantly responding to everyone’s demands. And thus avoiding the simplicity, stillness and the elegant emptiness of the present moment. It can be quite uncomfortable to sit with the emptiness of the moment.

One of the ways you can instantly de-stress, heal yourself and allow yourself to be more present in the moment is to retreat into a natural environment such as a forest. The physical body is very instinctive and effortlessly relaxes around the healing sounds and sensations of nature. Forests have such a natural rhythm, which the body recognises and immediately begins to match to.

During my stay at our countryside home in Western Estonia throughout the months of July and August this year, I was in constant awe of how very relaxed and at ease my body felt all the time. It’s a very beautiful and healing location. Our house there is surrounded by thick forests all around. Every day I was greeted by clean air and birdsong – I found it very easy to ground myself in that space. On the other hand, this sense of ease and groundedness contrasts heavily with how my body feels while I’m staying at my apartment here in Southern England. There are woods here, of course, but I have to walk a distance to get there.

When there aren’t any forests near you, then another easy way that you can de-stress your sensitive body is to create some quiet space and meditate. You may meditate with a guided meditation audio of some kind or you could simply sit in silence, basking in the beauty of the moment. Your meditation may include chanting or visualisations as preferred. Everyone has their own way of meditating that is suitable for them – there is no perfect way to meditate, no ‘one size fits all’. I would like to invite you to notice whether you have any judgements about how you meditate. And if you do notice any, then go ahead and release those right now.

I am running weekly Sunday meditations here at our Eastbourne location at the Pannarai Healing Studio. The class is for everyone and no previous experience is required. Or if you can’t be here in person, you could join our phone classes. ‘Meditation 1’, the 6 week class, is beginning Sunday, September 24. This class is a good starting point to learning to meditate and to heal yourself.

Soul age perspective

When people put pressure, expectations and demands on you based on their own limited perspective, you may end up feeling invalidated or unseen. The remedy here is to lovingly express your truths in order to take back your freedom.

It’s very easy for these situations to crop up around family where you may be expected to fulfill roles that you do not like or feel comfortable in. You may even still be carrying around old expectations from your parents even if you are no longer in contact with them – the pictures are still there. There’s no need to become defensive or to take anyone personally, because everyone are being and doing their best with where they currently are at in their own spiritual evolution and paths.

Spiritually speaking all of us have a different history of incarnations and different experience of living in physical bodies. The different ways of doing and seeing things are based on different soul age perspective.

Young souls learn through doing, competition, action, being better than others. They seek to dominate rather than co-operate. The third chakra is the most dominant chakra for them and the main lessons they are learning are around willpower and energy management.

Mature souls learn through deep emotions, drama, relationships, going deep within and creativity. The dominant chakra for them is the fourth chakra and the primary lesson they are learning has to do with self-love.

Old souls learn through teaching others, philosophy, spirituality, going deep, high and basically everywhere. The Old soul perspective has the capacity for unconditional love and is all-embracing at its best. the most dominant chakra for them is the fifth chakra and the primary lessons they are learning are around authentic self-expression.

The Mature soul can easily do the things the Young soul does if asked to do so, but would feel incomplete or insufficient. In the same way, the Old soul can do the things the Young souls do and the things the Mature souls do, but would feel unfulfilled and unhappy when not living up to their fullest potential.

Truth is, you have a unique role to play here on Earth and only you can truly know what it is. If you really want to make a difference around here, you need to take the time to still the noise within and around you, go within, meditate and commune with your Essence in order to find out what your true purpose is. Find out what you true soul age perspective is so you can give your highest and deepest gift to humanity.

If you are surrounded by others who are younger souls in soul age perspective, it is easy to feel invalidated and you may begin to try and match them at their level. Doing this may be easier since you will avoid condemnation and being seen as the weird one or the odd one out. However, the price you will pay is that you will feel unfulfilled and unhappy.

For example, Old souls need a lot of time to just be and do very little so they can process and explore energy on a spiritual level. While the body may be relatively inactive physically, there is a lot going on behind the scenes! So, drop any judgements you may have about yourself and others. Also, you don’t have to explain yourself to anyone either.

If you are waiting for others to come and validate you, you may end up waiting a very long time indeed. Instead, be the leader and take the time to go within and validate yourself. No one can truly know you as well as you do, so it is up to you to build a loving and trusting relationship with yourself.

A good way to start connecting with your own truth is to meditate. ‘Meditation 1’, the basic intuitive skills class, begins soon in September. Enrol in the psychic kindergarten in order to learn the tools necessary to kick out any energy from your space that is not yours, so you have more space to be your true authentic self.

Become renewed and transformed with meditation

When moving through a challenging growth period, where do you find support and renewal?

Your growth period may be quite a biggie. You may be handling some difficult energies such as disappointment, pain, hurt, confusion or other. Maybe life is challenging you to let go of your expectations about how things should be and instead surrender to the Universal flow? Whatever the case, spiritually we grow the most when we do not get what we want, because we are bumping into our own attachments to things.

Remember that sometimes not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck. ~ Dalai Lama

By default, when discomfort, pain or growth comes up, most people go into the habitual comfort patterns. They might reach for food, drink, entertainment or substances. They may be constantly checking social profile or email. They may spend copious amounts of time working or doing whatever else will temporarily give them an endorphin rush. These are the addictions and bad habits that only strengthen and confirm attachment to worldly things. The problem with addictions is primarily that they are there only as a distraction, a futile attempt to fill a hole that can not be filled. It’s like applying band-aid on a broken bone – it will simply not do the job.

Giving in to your addictions, however severe or mild they may be, might temporarily alleviate the discomfort, but completely ignores and invalidates the real source of your troubles.

In holistic medicine we look to deal with and heal the source rather than merely band-aiding the symptoms. There is really no point in wasting time with addictions and distractions. The only way through really is to deal with the underlying issues head on rather than running away from them. For most people, however, the source of one’s pain may be difficult to discern, so quiet time is needed to commune with the truth in one’s body and soul.

A good way to begin to renew and heal yourself in a life-affirming and holistic way and to connect with the truths in your heart and body is to spend time out in the nature. You might already have discovered this for yourself and may already be doing it regularly. If not, I highly recommend it – nature is a great healer.

Now, if for whatever reason you can’t spend time out in the nature, you could practice meditation and grounding in the peace and quiet of your own home instead. Adding daily meditation into your schedule will put you firmly on the path to balance and self-healing. Meditation and grounding may very well be the tools that help you through the most difficult times. I have not, as of yet, discovered anything else more effective and powerful.

I like to imagine my meditation time as taking the time to stop, smell the roses and nourish myself by drinking the life giving waters directly from the Well of Life itself, which is of course Source. I use meditation time to commune with the truth in my heart. I just sit in silence without trying to do anything and observe without judgement what comes up. Then using visualisation I might act on what I see or not, whatever feels right at the time. There are no rules.

At times we can move through life a little wilfully, trying to get our way, trying to control others and situations. And then act like spoiled little brats when we don’t get our own way. With meditation you can begin to transform this pattern and surrender to the Universal flow, which takes care of everyone’s needs equally. Through meditation you create the space to discover that there is no need to control anything. In such a state of surrender you instead become receptive to spirit to flow into you and as a result to bring you all that it is that you have asked and yearned for. And it will come in a more beautiful and graceful way than you were able to even imagine from your limited human perspective.

Wonder and the clairvoyant

There are lots of misunderstandings about what it really means to have your intuition turned on and to be clairvoyant. Some people may view intuition in a fearful way and others can view being intuitive as being somehow special.

From my own personal daily experience, it is actually a very practical tool that allows me to make some excellent choices about what to do with my life. When I trust it, I immediately know the truth about people and situations and can adjust my choices and the direction in which I want to be heading accordingly.

In its best, most optimal expression to be clairvoyant actually means to be in a constant state of wonder about myself and the Universe. It definitely does not mean that I ‘know everything’ in an intellectual way. Why would I want to fill my mind with ‘everything’ anyways? Most information floating around has absolutely no use for me. Rather there is an intuitive knowingness, which always brings with it validation and pleasant surprise. So even when something happens that I ‘knew’ would happen, there is still a joyful sense of validation and surprise to it. There is a trust that what happens is meant to happen and is not just random. That goes for even those experiences we would normally judge to be somehow negative.

Every day I say hello to my intuition by meditating and listening to the wisdom that comes from my body and my essence. Meditating allows me to clear and release any distractions or noise from my space and to have clear communication with my body, my spirit and the Supreme Being.

Sometimes people mistakenly believe that to be intuitive, empathic or sensitive is a curse, whatever ‘a curse’ is supposed to mean anyways. However, I wholeheartedly disagree. Once you embrace your sensitivity and knowingness, it becomes a wonderful tool to see yourself and others clearly with. Seeing the world around you clearly says hello to the highest potential in yourself and others.

When you can see and validate your own spirit and the spirit in another you are saying hello to their highest potential and greatest joy.

Being totally open and available to your intuition can also require being willing to embrace feeling vulnerable and raw. When you embrace this truth, new doors open for you to whole new worlds of exploration. In fact, every day becomes an adventure into new territory. You are always learning and discovering new things about yourself and others. Coupled with self-love, intuition can be a formidable tool indeed.

When you operate from your intuitive knowingness, you are like a little child playing with toys and having fun. There is a constant sense of amusement and lots of ah-ha!’s. Seriousness definitely does not belong here. To be clairvoyant really is a joyful way of being that is always filled with exploration, adventure and discovery.

Wanted: visionaries that can see truth, love and beauty

On the night of January the 15th, Jesus came to me in my dream-space and showed me in the first person the experiences and events around and leading up to his crucifixion. While getting nailed to a cross may not strike as a very happy image for most people, I will, however, treasure this special visitation and the gifts gained from it for the rest of my life.

Truly, I am happy beyond any level of happiness I have ever been to have received this special insight from Jesus. That is because by reaching out to me and sharing with me one of his most intimate moments with the Supreme Being he is at the same time helping me with my life task or the very reason why I have incarnated into this body and lifetime. Jesus was without a doubt a great leader and a visionary who taught through his example the healing power of love and trust and stood up for those whose voices had not been heard before. Many, many miracles have been documented of the healings that he performed.

Interestingly, January 15 was also Martin Luther King’s birthday, who is another man that facilitated great societal change. Like Jesus, he inspired the masses with his impassioned speeches, spoke of choosing love over fear and stood up for the less advantaged. Both of these extraordinary men had a burning, passionate love for mankind and a great intolerance for hate, greed and injustice of any kind. As is appropriate for all true spiritual leaders throughout history, both of them also operated from the highest integrity, promoted equality for all and fiercely stood up for what is right.

Jesus, Martin Luther King and many other great leaders who have walked among us through the ages have all had something powerful working for them, namely: the gift of higher vision. They had the incredible ability to envision and take action towards a loving, kind and a beautiful existence for us all. And their vision was indeed very needed to lift us all as a collective up and out of the heaviness of our ignorance, unconsciousness, divisiveness and fear. Fortunately for us all, higher vision is an ability that can be accessed by everyone and isn’t exclusive to only a few extraordinary men and women.

Indeed, visualisation, which is a natural ability, is more than ‘just’ visualisation. When you decide to bring yourself to a visual level and allow yourself to see, you are in fact healing yourself and others, because by visualising you are accessing your spirit. And when you say hello to your spirit – magic happens.

The images you create in your mind’s eye are what will manifest into your reality. Imagination really is that powerful. So why not go ahead and imagine a peaceful, loving and beautiful existence for us all?

Nowadays with so many fear-based news stories dominating the media we need more people that say hello to the truth, love and beauty in things. Even just a few courageous individuals who stay centered on and constantly say hello to truth, love and beauty in all circumstances is what truly heals and progresses humanity right now. Humanity needs daily hellos from visionaries who step forward and speak up for what is right, visionaries who create beautiful works of art and visionaries that heal simply with a compassionate glance and their beautiful smiles.

In our present day and age we need leadership like Jesus, Martin Luther King and other beings like these who can see the value, worth and beauty of each and every one of us beyond what the appearances seem to be. We need leaders that can see beyond competition, our net worth or how we stack up against others in comparison. Humanity as a whole needs leaders now that teach from unconditional love and spread it around for us all through their decisive actions.

The scales of justice tip over to the side of injustice every time someone chooses to degrade, bully, belittle or otherwise invalidate another human being. And when one of us suffers – all of us suffer. It is the spiritual law.

The true leaders of today do not divide or separate us, but unite us through love and encourage each and every one of us to be our truest, most optimal selves. They reassure that we are loved no matter what. I say yes to a leader, who would invite me to a wild barefoot shamanic dancing and singing party where I could let go of all of my inhibitions and just be my most authentic self. That would be a wild non-alcoholic and vegan party, of course.

After all the encounters with Jesus and other master beings recently, I keep getting the comforting message from the Universe that you can proceed with your greatest joy and life purpose here and have the innocence and trust of a child that whatever you need will be provided as and when needed. “Thou shalt not want” doesn’t mean you should have no desires, but that you will never have to go without the food, love, shelter, kindness or whatever other sustenance that you need to nourish yourself. All that is needed to invite in this beautiful energy is a little more daily gratitude for what you already have and all will truly be well.

2017 is the golden year of spirit

Each year brings with it its own unique energy flavour and 2017 is the year when spirit gets a hello in a very big way. The current energetic atmosphere makes it possible to make great strides in spiritual growth.

This is not a prediction, but rather an observation on what is happening right now. For us as a human race there is the choice to either continue the old way, keep clinging to our comfort and let ego rule the day or we could take that evolutionary step forward and instead give ourselves over to spirit and let spirit lead the way. With the current personal, community, environmental and global challenges we have in front of us it is obvious that if were to let ego continue to rule the day we would surely be heading for self-destruction. Only with spirit leading the way can we become healed and whole again. Many people on the planet already operate solely out of spirit, but there are many as of yet to follow suit.

If you try to carry on business as usual you might not find this year a particularly pleasant or an easy one since the ego no longer gets to have the upper hand. We have seen what happens when people act out of fears and selfishness and it has not been pretty.

The global events throughout 2016 have shown that nothing can be predicted with much accuracy anymore and the only constant you can really rely on is change. This is great since all that unconscious stuff that has been sitting stagnant, hidden away from plain view and manipulating us from the shadows for a long long time is finally getting moved around and being updated into present time now. All the old lies, destructive patterns and fear-based programming that have been controlling, manipulating and sabotaging people from the unconscious have been revealed and brought to clear daylight. We now know exactly who and what we are really dealing with. We know what we must do to move forward. There is no more hiding, no more sitting on the sidelines and accepting the things that are not acceptable. And no one gets to have shortcuts here – we are all in the same boat, so to speak.

More and more people are becoming spiritual activists and are asking the tough questions. Instead of operating on blind faith more people are really examining those long-held beliefs about themselves and their leaders.

The energy of the year 2017 is such that it is especially supportive of new beginnings in every way. It’s a brilliant year to leave behind old habits, that old low-salary job that has been draining your energy, that toxic relationship that has been making you feel inadequate and whatever else has been holding you back from taking that quantum leap into the life you have been dreaming of. Take your next step with the help of an intuitive session right now.

In 2017 visionary leaders are needed, those who can see the truth, love and beauty even in the ugliest of situations. The planet needs those who can boldly imagine a happier, more joyful world for us all to live in.

We need creatives and healers to step up as the spiritual leaders that they truly are. Indeed, much compassion will be needed from the spiritually more experienced ones now more than ever before especially since so many people are awakening.

It will serve us all well to keep in mind that the only place where each and every one of us really has that authority and control is still our own backyards, ourselves and our own energy. This is to say that we cannot control, fix, heal or solve anything for others if such help is not required or asked for.

The best steps we can take immediately and start to move forward is to see what we can change in ourselves right now. This begins with turning within, meditating and using visualization to create the kind of a year we would like to have. Indeed, spirit creates through images, pictures and visions and by creating a clear mental picture of what you want – you will draw that to you. Some action will be required as well, of course, but as you clarify your vision, you will attract what you want to you more effortlessly.

Heal with forgiveness

At times the people in our lives can say or do things that can be hurtful to us. Maybe something happened ‘in the heat of the moment’ or maybe no harm was even intended and simply an old wound got lit up for you.

Whatever the case, things happen and we have the choice to either open up and bleed and feel it all or close down and put up a wall. More often than not people prefer to run, hide and build walls, which does nothing but contribute to the sense of division and isolation from others. It takes a lot of courage to stay in one’s vulnerability when things get uncomfortable or when pain comes up.

Whether harm from another was intended or not it is an immediate healing to fully acknowledge and own the pain that can come up at times. You powerfully heal yourself and others when you allow yourself to stay fully present with your feelings rather than casting them aside as troublesome or inconvenient. If you don’t own and feel your stuff now it will come up again at another time, so you might as well just go ahead and do the work now.

Sometimes disagreements arise between people because of their differences from one another and these disagreements can be resolved gently and kindly with respect and reverence towards all involved or there can be negative reactions that individuals usually wish they had handled differently. In those times we must remind ourselves that all of us are indeed spiritual beings on a human path and nobody’s perfect. We all learn and we all make mistakes – that’s what we’re here for and is primarily how we grow.

Each one of us is so very unique and simply cannot be compared to another. Everyone is different and has their own approaches and perspectives in life. Sometimes we simply disagree on things, but we can always agree to disagree.

Truth is, we all came from the same source and we are all heading in the same direction, too. That direction is love and inclusiveness.

There are different kinds of wounds and reasons for why they are created. Some of them can be from this lifetime and some can go very far back to past lives. It is precisely at that time when you are ready to face these old wounds that they get triggered again around a specific person or place. This is no accident or coincidence and was indeed divinely orchestrated by your essence, aka your higher self, so you could release the past and move on to greener pastures.

I understand that it can be very difficult to forgive an aggressor, but the thing with holding on to anger or unforgiveness toward another is that at the end of the day the only person these heavy emotions will really harm is you. Choosing to hold on to the old toxic energy of unforgiveness is an energy leak since by doing so you are in fact keeping a piece of your energy hostage in the past. That energy could be very well be used for something much more productive such as your creative projects.

Forgiving someone doesn’t mean you condone what they did. It means releasing the toxic energy you have been holding on to so you can move on.

Let me clarify this just in case it wasn’t clear from the start: there is nothing wrong with feeling anger, unforgiveness or any other heavy emotions. When an injustice occurs, an emotional response is only natural and is there to communicate some truth to you. However, after the experience is over and lessons have been learned, it is time to let go.

Being willing to release your anger and consciously choosing to forgive is a hello to the truth that we come here to have experiences based on our spiritual agreements with one another. Once the agreements are complete and experiences have been had it is time to integrate.

Everyone heals in their own way and at their own pace. There is no rush and there is no pressure to heal fast. Most importantly you heal by expressing your feelings and the truths that have been stirred in your heart. It does not serve anyone to hold your deep truths and pain inside.

Once you reach the other side of your forgiveness process you can once again start to entertain the idea that everyone is always doing their best. Yes, even those that seem to be outright intentionally harming others. Indeed, universal justice exists and no one ever gets away with anything. This Universe of ours is a very fair and just one and we are very blessed. Staying centered in these simple truths we can start to move forward into the future with childlike innocence and trust again.

Energywork tip: you can use imagination for this forgiveness exercise. Imagine a gold rose between you and the person or event you would like to forgive. Just keep saying hello to the gold rose until you have sufficient space from this person or event. Once you get your space back and become neutral to all the strong emotions that have come up you can start to heal.

Have fun with your growth periods

We all get those times in our lives, when nothing makes sense and it may be hard to sit down, relax and to just take it easy. You may be handling some discomfort or releasing some old pain. It’s totally okay to not have a clue where you are heading with all this.

Your body may be changing, your world views may be changing, your energy may be changing. You may recently have thrown out a whole bunch of old pictures about yourself or the world that you live in and got into the process of integrating a whole new you. This takes a lot of energy and patience from both yourself as well as those around you and there is no hurry through it.

A growth period is when you as a spiritual being are changing and it’s not always a very comfortable space to be in.

Whatever kind of growth period you may be into right now, please be very gentle with yourself. There is no perfect way to grow, no rules or regulations. You are doing the very best you can already. Indeed, you are pure love at your core.

So, on a more practical level, how do you handle these periods? Everyone sure has their own ways, but the best tool for handling growth periods with grace is meditation. Meditation makes it possible to instantly regain your space and your composure. When you sit in a grounded meditation space with awareness resting in the middle of your head – you reclaim your space. You take back your space to just be, to breathe and to have no rules.

I often talk about grounded meditation in this blog simply because it is such a wonderful and powerful tool for healing yourself and subsequently also for healing those around you.

With meditation you go from pushing and fretting your way through a growth period to gracefully gliding through it. Imagine yourself on a surfboard masterfully riding that huge wave of growth. Yes, you can have fun with it!

When you go into your meditation space you can come to awareness of the energies you have been carrying around with you. Instead of being at the effect of the energies in your space and letting them dictate to you how to live your life, you can be the one to choose what you want to keep here and what you want to let go. You can easily release pain, effort, resistance, heaviness, self-doubt, invalidation and all that is weighing you down. You can be your own boss and give your day a colour you like. Again, you are free to make it fun!

With daily meditation as your ally you can be in a growth period and still have fun and play like a child. When you get your breathing space back, you will know and experience in a very visceral way that no matter what, all is well.

Where are you heading?

Who wrote the script to your life? Are you the one consciously choosing how to live your life and where you are heading by consciously changing the script every day or are you following someone else’s story? Are you consciously choosing where you want to go next or are you running on autopilot?

We are all run by the stories we tell ourselves, the pictures we carry around in our spaces and the programming we have accepted as our truth. Those may be happy and heroic stories or stories of sadness and victimhood. A happy story lives in the present moment while the victim story wants to predict future. If a story doesn’t feel good and doesn’t lead to joy, then it may be time to let go of that story. You have that freedom.

Often when pain comes up, people want a fortune-teller to make predictions about their future and have a guru hand them a clearly defined map for what comes next. The thing is, however, that the future is not predetermined. There is no set destiny that dictates where you are supposed to be heading and what you should be doing. There is no ‘should’ or ‘have to’ – those are simply limitations that come from expectations and demands from others.

You as a spiritual being chose to lower your vibration and to incarnate into this body in this particular time-frame in order to experience certain things here on the physical plane. You have a goal and a purpose for the lifetime. However, there is no set way in which to reach this goal – you get to choose how you want to play. You have an energy that is entirely unique only to you and only you can choose how you want to experience being in a body. Your body is your mock-up and only you have the power to choose where you want to go with it.

We ourselves get to choose what is around the corner for us. We can’t choose for others, but we can choose for ourselves.

Generally, what sets the tone for where you are heading is the energy in your space. It’s the choices you are making right now, the programming from others that you have accepted as truth, the images you visualize daily, the thoughts you think and the words you speak right now. It all really depends on what you bring your attention to, focus on and breath life into and that can all be changed through energywork, meditation and visualization.

The only way to begin to heal the stories that you tell is to step into full ownership of where you are right now. Only from this space of spiritual accountability can you truly begin to see and own what is yours and release what is not yours.
