What is an intuitive reading?

An intuitive reading is really all about you. It’s the space for you to be seen for who you really are and is simply one of the best gifts you could give to yourself.

The word ‘intuitive’ is a more neutral way of saying ‘psychic’ and ‘clairvoyant’ … in reality, it means the same thing, but carries much less baggage than those old words. Consider for a moment the feelings, reactions, pictures and sensations that run through your body when you hear the words ‘psychic’ or ‘clairvoyant’ and then compare it with the response you get to the word ‘intuitive’. There is a difference.

You can have an intuitive reading at any time. You don’t necessarily need to be having a crisis in your life to have it. Sometimes you can have it just to increase connection with your Essence, that part of you that knows, has the answers and the healing that you need. It’s not that great to get a reading while in the middle of stormy emotions, however, since you will be less receptive to the reading like that.

There are many different types of psychic readings out there. The way we practice readings at the Hello EssenceJoy Healing Centre is the new school way. This type of reading is all about you in present time. It’s not about making predictions or fortune-telling. It is absolutely possible to get a read on a future potential, of course, but it is less important than the choices you can make in the present to create the outcome you wish. Reading likes this is empowering you, the individual, to be Senior in your Universe and be the one making choices.

Before I give an intuitive reading, I start by first of all meditating and running my energy for about an hour prior to the reading. That way I am truly centered and ready for you, the readee. Once I start to read you, I say a short prayer and then ask you to state your name a few times. This allows me to tune in to your energy.

When I go into a reading space, I close my eyes and start to describe the images, pictures and visions that I’m seeing. I work entirely from the sixth chakra and use no external tools to read energy. Using cards can be a distraction and bring in a lot of bias while reading from the sixth chakra is very clear and healing for everyone involved.

The way I read is indeed different from old school psychics since I use energywork tools to keep my energy clean and clear throughout the reading. These tools, such as grounding and running energy, ensure that I’m reading clearly from the sixth chakra clairvoyance rather than the bias of the lower chakras. Reading from the sixth chakra is truly the most accurate way of reading, because it is the most present-time and neutral space from which to see and view energy. While, on the other hand, reading through the lower chakras can often be mixed with a lot of bias and misconceptions.

For example, in an intuitive reading using clairvoyance the reader often says ‘I see’. While in an old school reading that is using the second chakra the reader often says ‘I feel’. They are reading through their emotions and these can often be biased and coloured with one’s own stuff.

In a reading, I always make sure that I’m grounded into my body rather than floating around all over the place. This ensures a down-to-Earth and grounded reading. A reading like this will feel very healing and natural. You will notice the difference when read like this versus an old school psychic reading.

10 simple ways to detox your energy this spring

Now that we are already well into spring time here on the Northern hemisphere the nature is aglow with a joyous celebration of bird symphonies, sweet fragrances of fresh blossoms and a rich tapestry of color all around us.

Wherever you look, everything is brimming with happiness and enthusiasm for the increasing amount of daylight. And as the days are getting ever more lighter and lighter, so are we letting go of heaviness and becoming lighter in our own inner landscapes.

The earlier months of this year have been very much inwardly focused in that we instinctively spent more time looking inward and examining old patterns and basically just preserving energy. We’ve done quite a bit of that deep inner work during the winter months that have passed as well as the early spring months of this year.

Now the focus is becoming more and more outward. We are invited to be more sociable, make new friends, get out there more, have more get-togethers and just have more plain old fun! It’s much easier to have fun and invite in joy when you have a toolkit for taking good care of yourself and your own energy. Do you know your own energy? Do you love and value it enough to take good care of it?

Springtime is just the perfect time for a detox. You may have already given your house a good scrubbing, but consider also your inner space, your chakras and aura layers, aka your energy field – it too needs a hello from you.

So if you’re like me and are ready for a detox from all the heavy-processing of the previous few months and want to lighten up, then here are some super simple suggestions on how to detox your energy completely without any effort whatsoever.

1. Ground yourself. This is the most important step in detoxing your energy, which is why I’ve put it at the top of this list. If you haven’t learned this one yet, then I highly recommend it: learn to ground yourself. By regularly grounding your energy into the center of the planet, rather than into your work, your bank account or your mother, you can effortlessly release anything that is not yours. Grounding makes you real. There is a certain magic that happens when you ground yourself. You ground by visualizing a grounding cord connecting the base of your spine into the center of the planet.

2. Meditate. It’s the perfect remedy for the hectic, fast-paced and energetically taxing everyday life with all its expectations, demands and responsibilities. Your meditation space is your rest and relaxation space where absolutely nothing is expected of you. Sitting in meditation for just 30 minutes or more in the morning every day is very healing and balancing and does wonders for your body, mind and soul.

3. Practice forgiveness. Holding grudges does nothing, but drain your energy and take away your enjoyment in life. It makes you unnecessarily fearful and guarded. Remember that we’re all just kids in a huge kindergarten and sometimes get it wrong. When you instead choose to forgive those who may have wronged you or made you feel like a victim, you automatically let go of any old toxic energy and free your space up to create, have, be and do more. You don’t necessarily have to hang out with those whom you need to forgive, but just let go of that heavy and toxic energy of unforgiveness.

4. Be amused. No matter what you’re getting up to and no matter how serious something may look on the surface, always find the amusement in it. This immediately lifts your energy, allows you to detach with love and to see clearly. The bonus is that amusement also makes you appear more attractive. Consider it your energetic face-lift. And it’s completely free.

5. Be in wonder. Always be as a child. Like an innocent three-year-old exploring a totally new world. Every day when you wake up remember to be in wonder and amazement about the magical creative being you are, how much you have already created and how much more you can still create. Be in wonder about all the endless possibilities, discoveries and adventures yet to be had!

6. Be in gratitude. The very simple rule is this: you manifest more miracles into your life by often giving thanks for what you already have. Besides it is a wonderful inspiring vibration to hold in your energy field. It feels good to be grateful. Make a habit of finding at least 10 things to be grateful for every day. Count your blessings!

7. Have a positive attitude. In a world where there is constant upheaval and drama happening every day a positive attitude is an absolute must. Being negative serves no one and is a journey down the rabbit hole into more of that same negativity. If you really want to help others and be a healing presence, simply leave your dramas at the door and just have a good time. Or better yet imagine putting any negativity you may have in a rose and blow it up. And poof! It is gone!

8. Give something. You don’t have to give much. You can start with simple things like a hello, a smile, a bit of your time, selfless service or the gift of your presence to someone who may be feeling lonely. Those things count. And if you are in a position to do so, consider also donating your time or money to charities or to whomever may need help and support. The most beautiful thing about giving is that giving like loving is its own reward.

9. Listen to music. Beautiful, relaxing and soothing music is both inspiring and healing. It automatically resets your energy and puts you back in balance in a way that obsessing, over-thinking and running around in circles does not. It is a meditation of the highest order and is simply the best way to lift your energy and to let go of any toxic energy you may have been holding on to. You know how good it feels after a really really great massage? Well, healing music has the ability to do the same without so much as even leaving your house!

10. Create something. Step into the creative flow and feel good! Having a creative outlet allows you to express and communicate yourself in ways that your words or your body couldn’t. You can get all those deeply held beliefs, ideas, feelings and otherwise suppressed stuff out of you in an easy and fun way. This will be extremely healing and detoxing for you. You could start with something simple like blogging, painting by numbers, pottery, drawing, coloring, knitting, gardening or any other creative pathways that appeal to you. Find your niche!

Make peace with your body on Earth Day

Today is the Earth day and we celebrate the Earth, consciousness, green lifestyle, vegetarianism, grounding, community and affinity for each other and the Earth.

Every day should be Earth Day!

Quite frankly, we are of the Earth: she belongs to us and we belong to her.

Our physical bodies are elementals and came from the Earth: they need the Earth to sustain themselves just like a child needs its mother. For its optimal functioning, the body needs fresh food and Earth energy that can only come from the Earth and not from a laboratory.

For many centuries, if not millennia, a lie has been running rampant within spiritual communities: a lie that says that the Earth and spirit are separate from each other. This lie created a split between one’s body and spirit and a deep intimate connection with the Earth was lost. In order for the spiritual practitioner to remain balanced, Earth energy is essential as a source of nourishment and renewal and is equally as important as cosmic energy.

So, when you feel ‘out of sorts’, it is more than likely that you have lost your grounding – your unique energetic connection with the center of the planet. It is very easily regained through visualization.

Grounding works on the premise that you are a spiritual being and you have a body. In order for your body to feel safe – it needs to be fueled with the energy of you, the being. Sometimes when there is a lot of pain in the body, you as a spirit may want to spend time elsewhere. However, when you are ‘out to lunch’ for an extended period of time, your body becomes anxious, insecure and fearful. Grounding yourself back into the body heals you and allows a sense of safety to return again.

When you get grounded you will gradually become more aware of what kind of energy you carry around with you and can then begin to get very clear on what is even yours and what is not. You may have been carrying around someone else’s energy in your space for a very long time. It is tremendously healing to release energy that isn’t yours.

In an optimal grounded state you are neutral, happy, satisfied, feel secure and can have your space to yourself – you are in affinity with your body. Nothing can control someone who is grounded. So, a good question to ask yourself: how much can you really let yourself have this optimal grounding? Having your optimal grounding is a skill.

Please be aware that the way you treat your own space is pretty much equivalent to how you treat the environment around you. If your home is full of clutter, then most likely so is your energy field. Owning and clearing your energetic space via grounding you will naturally also begin to want to regularly clear your external space by doing decluttering and Feng Shui in your home, workspace, relationships, your habits and beliefs or just about any other important area of your life.

Your grounding cord is truly your communication with the Earth. Through regular grounded meditation you can become more and more aware of the carbon footprint you leave on the Earth. When you take responsibility for your own corner of the world, you’ll inspire others to do the same.

So how can you nurture a more peaceful and a more loving relationship with our Great Mother? The following is a list with some suggestions on how you could do your part.

1. Spend time in nature. Feel your feet on the Earth. Time in the nature is a healing for your body as well as your spirit. Try regularly taking some time out to just be with the nature.

2. Rest. We are so programmed to keep going and work hard that rest seems completely out of the question. Spirit doesn’t need rest and can keep going infinitely. This can’t be said for the body – it needs rest to recover. So respect that need. Rest and recovery is grounding, healing and rejuvenating for the body.

3. Ground. Use a grounding cord to connect your first chakra into the Earth. This will give you a sense of security as well as well-being. Grounding makes all your spiritual growth real for you.

4. Meditate with a grounding cord. Give yourself meditation space to connect with yourself. If you don’t have time for meditation during other parts of the day, at least try meditating in the mornings. It will do you a world of good.

5. Regularly run Earth energy to heal yourself. Running Earth energy up the leg channels and into the first chakra is a good way to rejuvenate yourself.

6. Eat healthy, fresh, organic and vegetarian food. What is that on your dinner plate? Is it real food or is it a food-like substance? Maybe you will want to reconsider your diet?

7. Exercise your body. Give your body plenty of movement. If going to the gym isn’t your thing, then try taking the stairs instead of the lift. Ride your bicycle or walk instead of taking public transport or driving your car. Exercise green!

8. Go slowly and keep it simple. The body is validated by slow and mindful movement. Rushing and multitasking is overwhelming for the body.

9. Say hello to people. Spend more time in your community or with your tribe. This nurtures the first chakra. If you ever feel like being ignored and you want a hello – try giving one!

10. Throw away any expectations you have about where you should be in your life and just embrace where you actually are. Love yourself. Expectation does nothing other than distorts your enjoyment of the present moment.

11. Recycle and buy local. Find ways to help take better care of the Earth.

12. Grow plants at home. Do gardening.

13. Use only eco-friendly chemical-free household and self-care products.

14. Follow the seasons. Eat only food that is in season. Decorate your home with spring flowers during spring. Spend more time outdoors in the summer. Create beautiful artistic designs with fallen leaves during autumn.

15. Practice gratitude. Gratitude and appreciation holds a very grounded and stable energy to it just like the Earth. Gratitude for something grounds it.

About being the new school psychic

Many clients who’ve had a reading or a healing with me often say that what they experienced was different from a usual psychic reading.

Indeed: there is a difference between how I work and how an old school psychic does it.

Namely, I am a new school clairvoyant. This means I see and read energy from my sixth chakra. In a reading I also receive information through other means such as sound, thought or ‘hunch’, but I always check the accuracy of that information with my clairvoyance.

Experience has shown that ONLY the visual information can be trusted to be 100% accurate. When I first began doing readings I may not always have known what the images were telling me, but in retrospect I can say that they never lied.

I do not need or use any external tools like cards, crystal ball or a pendulum, however, I do use many highly effective visual tools to keep my energy clean and clear throughout a reading or a healing. The use of these energywork tools is the very difference between how I work and how an old school psychic works. I know how to take good care of both my own energy and the energy of my clients.

When I read your energy, I first look at your physical body, your spirit and the communication between these two. I also say hello to your Crown chakra and to your own inner knowing, because I wouldn’t want my readees to become dependent on me. I believe in my clients’ ability to access their own information. So within the reading I help them clear any energy that may get in the way of having their own answers. As a result of this every reading also becomes a healing.

Very often a simple clairvoyant hello may be all that a readee truly needs: someone to see them and validate them for who they are.

There is no judgment in a clairvoyant reading. I have no expectation as to what I’m supposed to be seeing and I don’t say what the readee wants to hear either. I just communicate information as I see it. Period.

What many people don’t realize is that a psychic reading is truly a sacred space. I actually hook the reading space up to God and say a prayer to God before beginning – so it’s all done with God’s blessings. It’s not meant to be a quick five to ten minute yes / no reading; I can do this, but there is no growth in that. (For that reason, I tend to attract only clients who are willing to work on themselves.) It is the space to release untruths, to say hello to what is true and connect with your full potential.

Although only occasionally, some clients do come into a session space expecting all answers to flow within the first five minutes. This isn’t how it works. No one benefits from this. Trying to rush a reading or pushing it is a sign that the third chakra is wide open and needs to be turned down. An open third chakra brings competition and performance into the session, puts pressure on the reader and as a result only muddies the read. Patience and trust are highly important.

A reading is a very fluid space of awareness and can and often will light up pictures for me the reader, too – it really is a two-way street. And this is the fun part! I get so amused every time I see issues lighting up for me that I have in common with the readee. It’s such a blessing when that happens as it gives me the opportunity to grow, as well.

A psychic can only see as much as you are willing to be seen. The moment you decide to keep something a secret – that intention works. Not an issue in itself, however, energy that conceals your truth becomes a lie. You become hidden in this way not just to the outside world, but also to yourself. It also takes energy to keep your truth hidden – life literally becomes an effort.

While there is certainly no judgment in my readings, let’s just get one thing straight: I do not do future predictions. I’ll tell you why. Namely, the reason for anyone to want to get answers about the future is typically some anxiety that they are experiencing in the present. There is no growth in just making a prediction that may or may not happen. It’s much more effective and healing to take a look at what is causing the anxiety and see what needs to be done to release it. The future is not set in stone or fixed. The future is a fluid event and is entirely dependent on present choices and decisions. So you see: it keeps changing every time you make new choices.

And finally, a psychic reading isn’t meant to be ‘proved’. For those who believe, no proof is necessary. For those who don’t believe – no proof is enough.

It’s your ability to see energy clearly – the quality of the sixth chakra.

In order to see, you would need to bring your awareness into the center of the head. Physically it is the location of your pineal gland.

Everything is energy and everything can be viewed clairvoyantly.

Simply turn off the analyzer and look at the visuals that come up. That is where all the answers are. Sometimes information can come through audio channels / clairaudiently, however, I would always check that with the images.

Experience has shown that only visual has all the accurate answers.

That is the art of true clairvoyance and not quite all clairvoyants out there practice such a clean and clear form of clairvoyance.

Clairvoyance is quite frankly the tool with which you can connect with your own truth. By using your visual ability to see, you are seeing what is true for you. Bare in mind that what is true for you, may not be so for someone else. There is no competition here. Your own truth isn’t meant to be explained, defended or analyzed to conveniently fit into a box for someone else.

It is okay to be unique!

The thing with seeing clearly is that there is absolutely no effort in it. Being psychic is an entirely natural ability that came with the package. It may simply have been invalidated along your life journey. You can validate yourself!

Doubting yourself comes from a momentary inability to see clearly – call it ‘uncertainty’. For whatever reason you are simply not accessing your clairvoyance in this instance. Some judgment in your space may be telling you that you can’t see for yourself and is pulling you out from the neutrality of the center of your head. Your creative energy may be too invested into other time-lines and places, unavailable to be used here and now. Or you may even be looking to others to retrieve your own answers. Somewhere in here there is a lie ruling the day. The truth is: you are always seeing something if you just look!

Some days you can sit in meditation for hours, ground and run your energy and still feel like you can’t see clearly or that what you see is ‘inaccurate’. Well, say hello to that perfect picture in your space that dictates you should be seeing something specific! It is a static picture that limits and stagnates the flow of your creative energy – best to clear it out.

The moment you look and validate what you see – certainty returns. What you see may be different from what others see, so validate your own truth. Ground and come into present time in order to see clearly.

A clairvoyant hello is very powerful indeed!

Something really refreshing to consider may be that clairvoyance isn’t the tool for predicting the future – the future is not fixed. There are potential futures at the point of a reading, but they change every time you make new decisions and choices. You alter your future every time you run your energy!

Instead, it is the tool for seeing yourself clearly.

Being a clairvoyant I have the most sacred blessing of being able to see the beauty of your personal Universe, your true worth and value much higher than you may have allowed yourself to see and to believe. I will act as your beacon of light and a reminder of what great potential you have until you begin to see it for yourself.

It’s not what you think – it’s what you see!

10 tips for mindful living

Is the life that you live in alignment with your spirit, your being’s true vibration or are you living someone else’s truth?

Being in your own truth feels good. Your spirit feels happy and validated in a body that welcomes it.

For the more sensitive soul, living life in the fast lane may not be appropriate even though it is the modus operandi that we all were programmed with from early on. In the present day society we are validated for looking successful, being busy and productive.

If your to-do-list does not leave much space for just being, meditation, even breathing – an entirely new one may need to be created! The new to-do-list that respects who you are as a being. Perhaps even one that is your server instead of being your master?

Maybe it’s time to begin to place yourself at the top of your own list? That is, rather than dissipating your energy all over the place, trying to fix things that are out of your control, you could call yourself back and take care of the most important person in your life – you.

Doing less and cramming fewer activities into your to-do-list will increase the quality of your being. More of you will be present in the here and now – this is where the magic happens.

There may be some perfect picture sitting in your space that dictates what a successful and active person you should be. Maybe it’s time to start practicing self-forgiveness to neutralize that perfect picture? By forgiving yourself you will step out of competition with yourself.

As you slow down and simplify, eventually you will learn that you can’t do everything yourself. It is okay to be helped by others. It’s okay to receive what you need to feel supported.

When you let go and let God, when you allow yourself to be helped – that is when you are in the truly divine state of Grace. What a gift it is both to yourself and to those around you!

So turn down your third chakra and just breathe. It’s okay to work at a slow pace. If you keep doing your work slowly and steadily with baby steps at a time if necessary – you will at least always be moving in some way. There will no longer be procrastination or the resistance to ‘doing too much’. There will also no longer be burnout.

Here’s a few simple ideas for what to include into a more mindful living practice. Remember, as you take good care of yourself, you effortlessly become a healing presence for others, too:

  1. Take a look at the space you live in: is it permissive of you doing what it is that you love to do. Is there clutter? Maybe it’s time to do some Feng Shui there? Or maybe it’s time to finally make that move to that other town / city / country where you know you will flourish!
  2. Look at your relationships. Are you living with someone who supports your dreams or who invalidates those? Maybe it’s time to move away from a friend / co-worker / family member who may be toxic to you in some way. Give them up to the Supreme Being’s care.
  3. Do you eat healthy, nutritious food? Consider what is GMO and what is not. Buy local and organic. Distrust anything that has a long shelf-life like canned and packaged foods. Go vegetarian!
  4. Do you read books that further your growth? Or are they merely intellectual? Consider what information you regularly feed into your energy field. And most definitely turn off the news!
  5. Do you regularly heal yourself with plenty of rest and relaxation time? Consider adding gentle music or a good book into your evenings.
  6. Slow down. When you live life in the slow lane, you will have more energy available to you to create in the present, because less of you will be invested into the ‘fast and furious’ lifestyle. And the bonus is that there will also be less of a chance of bumping into things!
  7. Simplify. Be clear on what is your responsibility and what is not. Have your life in order, but be open to receiving help and delegate rather than trying to do it all yourself. This way you create a beautiful network of mutual support and co-operation. Have less to do and more to be. Keep it simple!
  8. Ground. By grounding yourself, you can release any excess energy that is not yours. Grounding validates your body and allows it to feel safe and secure. This is essential to remaining present and connected to your own truth.
  9. Meditate. Meditation can be very simple. Just a few minutes or up to 30 minutes every day is all you need. It does not require any effort and the health benefits will be numerous.
  10. Forgive. Running the energy of forgiveness will clear any perfect pictures you may have sitting in your space. It will release you from the burden of carrying a heavy load that may not even have been yours to begin with.

How to set the tone for your day?

Do you practice meditation in the morning before getting on with your day or do you hit the ground running?

Have you ever even considered a centering practice to start your day with?

From personal experience, I can assure you, a day unfolds into to a much fuller potential when you meditate in the morning.

It is the cure for stepping out of bed with the wrong foot.

A gentle early meditation allows you to connect with your center and to stay in it. The more you’ll have meditated, the more you will be able to remain in that center no matter what life throws at you.

Being in your center is the act of being Senior – you recognize yourself, your own spirit as the central creative force in your life. When you meditate, you validate yourself.

Of course, for those of you not yet into the habit of regular meditation, the initial challenge may be even finding enough time and space to meditate. Present day lives can be so full of clutter and noise and we can be so very addicted to that – it may be really difficult to even separate from all that. It may be difficult to find ourselves in that everyday jungle.

Meditation allows you to begin to find what is true for you, so that you can create from your own truth.

Morning meditation is especially great as it will set the tone for the rest of your day.

I like to meditate after having had breakfast. It usually takes about 30 to 45 minutes, but sometimes it can be as fast as 20 minutes. It depends on how much energy I can have on that day. If you are the super-busy type (e.g.: mother of three and juggling three jobs), then short meditations should suffice; unless you’re good to wake up a lot earlier than you already do.

Regardless of how well everything is going, sometimes I can wake up feeling totally stuck, blocked, heavy and resistant to go about the day. There is no telling how you feel in the morning and yes – it can be something you ate. It’s thanks to the meditation that I see the most optimal choice to make for the day.

I may be processing some heavy emotions, but that doesn’t mean they have to set the tone for the day. I recognize and validate my emotions, but I can still focus intention on higher qualities that I wish to have as the guiding lights throughout the day.

This takes Seniority. You have to be Senior to realize that your day is your making and no one else can influence it towards their ends.

When you meditate regularly, you will begin to settle into a nice space of awareness and Seniority and someone else’s bad day no longer throws you out of your center.

You set the tone for your day simply by meditating before diving into all the activity. First, you find a nice and comfortable spot. Then using visualization, you ground yourself, and finally when you feel ready – you visually create a rose for the day. Look for the optimal rose color that you feel in affinity with.

18 easy ways to heal yourself

In a nutshell: heal the spirit and the spirit will heal the body.

That is the core of my work as a healer. 

There is a story going around that some of us are healers while others are not. That story is a lie.

Everyone heals.

The truth is, you are your own best healer. Others can only help to unblock your already existent self-healing skills.

In my practice as a clairvoyant I get to see for myself every time how energy is self-healing. Healing does not take effort. So the question is then: ‘why don’t some people heal?’ The answer is simple: because on some level they choose not to. And that is okay, too. They choose to learn about the underlying ever-present true potential of wellness through the contrast of illness.

There is also this picture held about healers that healing through laying on of hands is a way of giving away one’s own energy. This isn’t accurate. The hands simply work to unblock energy-blocks to healee’s own self-healing energy. If the healer feels drained after laying on of hands – they are leaking energy somewhere. That’s what I call an unconscious healer.

The most important healing ability is the ability to heal yourself. By healing yourself you set the tone for others which they will match if they are open to it. That is the art of effortless healing.

So how do you heal? Consider the ways in which you nurture yourself.

  3. Eat healthy, nutritious food
  4. Exercise
  5. Rest
  6. Play
  7. Engage in a hobby
  8. Step out of your comfort zone
  9. Have faith
  10. Notice all the love available all around
  11. Read fairy-tales
  12. Create music / art
  13. Tell jokes, find amusement in things
  14. Take a road trip
  15. Spend time out on a beach, doing nothing
  16. Validate yourself
  17. Connect with your own vertical energy
  18. Get a healing

I’m not your healer – you are, I only point my finger to where I see blockages, I create the space and give you my permission . . . and you heal yourself!

Conscious healer vs. unconscious healer

Did you know that you are already a healer by design that is built in to your human / spirit software?

Yes, we all heal.

You don’t ‘become’ a healer. You become aware of an ability that was yours to begin with – you simply own it.

Indeed: healing is one of your spiritual natures. It is something we all do naturally. Only difference is that some of us do it consciously while others do it unconsciously.

So let’s take a closer look at these two kinds of healers.

The unconscious healer.

  • He / she always puts others first. This person does not understand the mechanics of healing.
  • An unconscious healer is scattered all over the place: always fixing, healing, repairing, figuring out, rescuing. He is keeping his attention away from himself – this is the default we are programmed with early on in our lives. The lie here is that giving attention to oneself is selfish.
  • An unconscious healer frantically grabs on to any misery they see, absorbs into his / her space (body and aura) and tries to heal it in this way. This is the kind of person who can’t let go of worry for others, because they buy into the lie that others are ‘broken’ in some way.
  • This kind of a healer does not realize he / she is projecting one’s own stuff onto others, then offers a lot of advice. This actually pushes others away as he / she gets into everyone’s space, which is very annoying.

The conscious healer.

  • A conscious healer makes the biggest mess of them all by placing oneself on top of one’s own to-do-list and thus heals not just oneself, but also others without effort.
  • A conscious healer is aware of how setting an example energetically by healing oneself first is true healing, because others who are open to his / her healing will match it.
  • A conscious healer does nice things for oneself, things like meditating, grounding, running energy. A conscious healer heals others through one’s being – by being the best that they can be. This person is aware of energy and knows how to work it.
  • A conscious healer is totally present. Or at least working on clearing out whatever blocks he / she may have to being more present. The blocks may be things such as agreements, pain pictures, MEI pictures, perfect pictures, foreign energies they have given seniority away to . . .
  • A conscious healer does not heal within one’s own space, but keeps one’s healing projects out in the ‘healing clinic’ rose.

All healing is truly self-healing.

Emotions = body’s language

The body speaks to us through emotions.

In the energy body it’s the second chakra that spins emotional information and physically it corresponds with the area just below the belly-button.

Do you speak the language of your body? Do you even listen to what your body is telling you?

Maybe it’s time!

Some people are so disconnected from their emotions, they try to explain and analyze their way through feeling anything. You know the ‘sciency’ types, the masculine types, the ‘machos’.

Well, guess what, suppress your emotions long enough and it all just bottles up! And bottled up long enough, it can start to cause all kinds of health problems.

The second chakra governs an array of internal organs (large intestine, female reproductive organs, bladder amongst many others in that area), so the health of those organs is intricately linked with the health of the second chakra.

Unprocessed emotions, or the uncomfortable stuff you like to shove under a figurative rug, does not just disappear. And by the way, if you’re the type who refuses to feel anything, don’t be surprised when the more sensitive ones react in strange ways around you – they are responding to the stuff you got sitting in your aura!

Feelings can only be released through actually feeling them.

What you feel – you heal.

It is natural to feel – no need to suppress it. Especially when you are going through a grieving process or otherwise a difficult time. Don’t space out of your emotions!

Meditation is the space where to begin to connect with your body and to start to listen to its wisdom. With grounding you can even let go of energy that is not yours and connect with your body even more.

I feel pain, you feel pain. It’s okay. I have felt a lot of pain in my life, I may have sometimes felt completely destroyed by the pain, but eventually I . . . rose from the ashes again. When you are done with an emotion, simply put it in a rose. The sun will shine again!

How well connected you are to your body depends on the strength of attraction between you, the spirit, and your body. This attraction is also called Affinity – it is a fourth chakra energy. How much you can embrace your emotions depends how much you love yourself. You see, loving yourself is not just an airy-fairy New Age concept – it is essential to your health and well-being. So say hello to your Affinity and optimize it.

And finally own your space with grounding!
